7 Acre Woods

We had so much fun today at 7 Acre Woods in Conroe. We spent the day riding ponies.... we'll only Carlee rode. Zachary didn't want too. Thankfully, he saved me $5.....haha

We visited the pumpkin patch and rode the tractors.

Carlee waited patiently for her turn on the zip-line. Zachary was not quite big enough, but he still climbed up on the platform just like his sister.

Carlee loved the ride. I wish I would have captured it on video. Our new camera has that option.

We played in the sand A LOT!! It was in every crease and under every toe and finger nail.

The petting zoo was probably the best part of our experience. My kids loved chasing the animals.

Zachary absolutely adored holding the chicken. This was his most favorite part for sure. We stayed in the petting zoo for about an hour or so.

Carlee loved holding the chicken too. I love this picture too with the red barn background.

This was the funniest part of the day..... Zachary and Carlee were making their chickens talk to each other.

Carlee loved jumping off this boat just like the older boys. I love the expression on the kids face underneath the boat. PRICELESS!

We enjoyed a rice crispy treat with M&M's before we headed home. Yummy!

It was perfect weather to be outside. I loved experimenting with our new camera. I literally sat far from the kids and used my 10x zoom to take most of the pictures. I took 132 total. I never had to tell the kids to smile because they were having the time of their lives. We need to do this again....next time with a friend.

Pumpkin Patch

After church today, we went over to a pumpkin patch at The Woodlands United Methodist Church to buy some pumpkins and take a few fall pictures. We just got our new camera yesterday!! We are still trying to figure it out, but these all turned out pretty good for our first time use. Carlee even did a great job taking Greg and my picture. The kids didn't want to take pictures when we arrived, but the longer we stayed the more flexible they became. Thankfully, you can't tell that Carlee has a stain on her shirt and Zachary's hair never got combed. haha.... However, I did manage to dress them in coordinating colors.

Thanks for waiting on us to post again. I hope to be posting a little more now, since we have a camera to capture our memories. I hope all of you enjoy this season of thanksgiving with your families.
